Having browsed round the cars in the Kia garage I found a couple I was interested in. The Sales Executive (Jason) was helpful, informative, patient and not 'pushy'. I went on to purchase one of the cars and all I can say is...I love it. The car meets all my needs and I would highly recommend the Kia garage at Braintree.

Bought used Sportage from Westdrive. Service was excellent. They were friendly and informative and were happy to answer any questions we asked. Best of all was their technical support - they provided an expert who gave us a thorough briefing when we picked up the car and answered a bunch of questions on a follow up phone call a week later. I would like to thank Stuart and the rest of the dealership for there amazing service they do a great job with sales & service ,I’ve been travelling over a hour each way for 10 years now to Braintree as there customer service if far superior to a dealership 5 minutes from my house.

Very good car buying experience at Kia Braintree. We wanted to look at a Sportage and made an appointment with Stuart who was ready for us when we arrived. He had already prepped the car so it was ready for a test drive.

Stuart was very good at explaining everything as this was our 1st Kia. He wasn't at all pushy which is always appreciated.

We collected the car a week later as planned and everything we requested to be done to the car had been carried out. Had a follow up call a few days later to check all was well.
