Absolutely outstanding service provided by Phil Jackson during the whole sales process. He was attentive, not at all pushy (which I like), knowledgeable and friendly which in turn helped me to relax. I only went to the dealership to have a look, not to buy, but I walked out having purchased a Kia Xceed GT Line which I am so happy with.
