Excellent customer service from Iroda on two recent visits to view and test drive Kia Sportages. She actually listened to what I was saying rather than giving me a rehearsed spiel. With her help (and endless patience!) I was able to discover a car to best suit MY needs (rather than her try to tell me what I should buy). Iroda was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles, efficient in dealing with my queries and kept to any appointments/promises to return phone calls that we had arranged. It seems to be a rarity these days! It genuinely was a pleasure to spend time with Iroda and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, even if you're not quite sure what you are looking for.
