From the initial call with Jamie Woodland at Snows Kia Guilford, we had the best sales experience. Accommodated us even though we were late to visit on both our appointments, fully knowledgeable on the vehicle (we were new to electric cars and had very little knowledge ourselves). Answered all our questions, even post purchasing the car, was not 'pushy' on the sale, very nice person to deal with. Test drive was relaxed and not rushed, very kind and friendly sales team. We have recently bought a Kia Picanto from Fran at Snows in Guildford. The service was excellent and we use several other garages for other cars to compare with. No heavy sales, and service is tailored to the customer. A very pleasant buying experience and can highly recommend Fran and her Manager Leon.

First time going to Snows of Guildford to buy my first Kia, and all I can say is that the customer service has been absolutely fantastic! From communicating on when my car was arriving, to completing the paperwork, you couldn't fault the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! A BIG thank you to Simon M., Aston C. We were well relieved and looked after. The salesman (Jamie) was very helpful but not too pushy.

Had my car serviced here today. Very friendly team and special shout out to Shane the technician who worked on my car. Very nice chatting to him and thanks to him for his care and attention on my vehicle. Also, Jamie who is extremely customer focussed and helped me tremendously last year with my car choice. On that occasion, it didn't result in me purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but that was purely because of supply difficulties at that time. I will likely be looking for a Kia for my wife within the next 12 months and Jamie will definitely be my first point of contact.
