I recently bought a Kia EV3 from Hawkins at Indian Queens. The whole experience from my first visit just before Christmas to view and test drive the car through to the process of purchase has been excellent. I have dealt with Sydnee throughout and she has been brilliant: polite, friendly, clear, and professional. She remains in contact to check that I am completely happy with the car and whether I have any questions. I cannot suggest a single way in which her service to me could have been improved - top marks Sydnee, it's been the best car buying experience I've ever had, thank you!
