We have dealt with Lara from start to finish. What a gem sales person you have. Lara is very talented, competent knowledgeable and personable.
Lara is a good listener and establishes what is important to you.
As this is the first electric vehicle I have bought and was a bit worried about the technology she soon put me at ease by explaining it was very similar to my current vehicle.
Her abilities, knowledge and patience when showing me the controls and taking me and my wife on the test drive confirmed that this was the ideal car for the both of us.
At no time did I feel any pressure to buy but because Lara had answered all our questions and concerns we were more than happy to buy the Kia EV3.
During the three months process from ordering to collecting the car Lara has kept us updated and given us sound advice on some extras we were considering buying.
