I recently bought a 2-year-old blue Kia EV6 from this garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team was fantastic from start to finish — they even collected me from the train station, and dropped me back after the paperwork was done, which made everything so convenient.
The service was top-notch, and the staff were genuinely lovely to interact with, never pushy or overwhelming. A week later, they delivered the car to my home, and it arrived looking incredibly clean and polished, like it had just come out of a showroom. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a great car and even better customer service! Harrison was really helpful and friendly.

I have been looking for a new to me car for some time now, and to be honest every other garage that I have visited have either been too pushy and driving for the hard sell, or really couldn't be bothered at all, so walking into Howards Kia Taunton and meeting Carl was a breath of fresh air.
I am not a great car person at all, and Carl's style of good customer service suited me straight away. Good, honest direction quickly led to finding a Kia that suited my quiet specific needs and now 5 days later, I have just picked up driven away in a shinny new to me car, very very happy.
I cannot recommend Howards Kia Taunton enough. I was very much out of my comfort zone walking in, but left very happy and relaxed. I will definitely be using Howards Kia Taunton for my servicing and after care needs going forward.
