I purchased my 3rd Kia from Edwards at the beginning of Dec 22. I found the car online and the whole transaction was dealt with via phone calls and emails with Neil Evans. Edwards is in Worcester and I live in Essex, so the car was delivered to me on a low loader. I cannot fault the service, attention to detail and customer service that I was given. This company is brilliant and as I love Kia's so much, I will probably go back to Edwards for my next car. They should give lessons to other companies on how to do perfect Sales and Customer Service! This is the first Kia I have owned and my first purchase from this dealership. From the first day I visited the showroom just to have a look round to the day I drove out in in a Sportage the service was faultless. Shannara always offered us coffee when we arrived. She was never pushy and ready to answer any questions. We had a couple of test drives and I took my time deciding if the car was right for me. There was never any pressure from Shannara and she was always helpful. When we collected the car she spent time with us explaining all the different controls before we left. Very pleased with the service.

We had a most helpful response from Mr Neil Evans, Kia Specialist, who provided us with details |& guided us through the purchase procedure and arranged all the necessary work and paper work to ready the car for us to purchase and drive away. Neil Evans and Alison Byers were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. No hard sell and clearly happy to do everything possible to help us reach the right decision for ourselves. Only went for a Sunday morning browse but after chatting to Neil Evans about what sort of car we were looking for, he then showed us a nearly new Kia Stonic, which had all the extras that we said we wanted if we bought a new car and within the week it was home with us.
