I cannot recommend this branch enough. I have dealt with a guy called Mike on two occasions and the level of service that he provided, was nothing short of incredible. Mike went over and above to help. He was friendly, professional and really takes customer care to a different level. Her are just two of the ways that demonstrates his commitment: he helped me to move my car seat from car to car (three different times) and he also came into work at 6:30am to accommodate my needs as I could not collect my car during work hours. The service that I received from Mike and the team at Snows Newbury was brilliant and I'll be returning as a result!

Nathan was brilliant throughout the process. He really knew his stuff about the car and he set our expectations perfectly from the beginning and kept us updated throughout the wait! We were told to expect the car in Q4 and it arrived in good time in October, so we were delighted. The car is as expected and we love it!

What a brilliant service. We had previously purchased a vehicle from a Kia Dealer, based on a few promises that werent kept and we were left stranded.
We contacted Snows and spoke to Alex Hoblin who was superb. He found a vehicle to suit our need, send us videos and sorted all the issues. We travelled to Newbury today to meet Nathan Rosier who went through all the sales aspect. Absolutely brilliant service again.
The car is amazing, loads of effort put in to make sure it is perfect. Including Alex fitting a bumper guard!!!
