I cannot praise Gravells Kia garage in Abrgavenny enough. As a person who earns a modest salary, on a tight budget, had recently bought a second hand Kia Picanto, year 2009, this car needed a new cambelt and water pump. The work was done keeping the cost well within my budget, explanations on this work and other future non urgent repairs consicely and clearly delivered. A big thank you to the mechanic who carried out these repairs and to Andy. Professionalism second to none, an honourable and decent team you can trust which is very reassuring. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced and repaired.

We purchased a Kia Sorento from here despite living in North Lincolnshire. Using excellent help and information and video presentations from Laura Stokes we were able to confidently purchase the car without actually physically seeing it. The car was delivered to us and our trade in was taken back. Laura continued to help us with questions after delivery.

Cannot praise this establishment enough! All the staff are outstanding. Have recently bought a second hand Kia Rio from another dealer which has had some issues due to general wear and tear. Thought I had an issue with the clock spring which would have been a big job, they could have easily taken my money and done a job that didn’t need doing, I would have been non the wiser but they didn’t, it just needed lubrication and that’s exactly what they did. Very honest. The mechanic Jack, even came out to show me my brake pads to confirm the issues I was having with squeaky brakes. Special thanks to Cath and Andy, fantastic at building a rapport with customers, they really do go above and beyond. Also Jack, for making sure I drove away with a safe motor and taking the time to come out to chat to advise me on how to look after the work that’s been done. It’s especially comforting as a female to know I can walk into this garage and be confident that I will not be taken advantage of.
