I am very happy with my Kia Ceed, and I enjoyed dealing with Citygate and especially Faizan Danish. Usually, I very much dislike exchanges with salespeople, especially those in the motor trade, perhaps because I have a background in sales myself and I study psychology, so more often than not I can see how they are trying to play the game and become irritated very quickly.
Faizan Danish however, listened to me with patience, respect and authenticity. He understood what I needed, answered all my questions and made an offer that I was very happy with. I felt very comfortable with Faizan and Citygate. I must mention the moment of taking delivery, which is extremely impressive. The car was waiting in a special air-conditioned bay, looking gleaming and immaculate. I found this far from superficial, as it leaves one with a feeling of great confidence and satisfaction in the vehicle. Thank you Citygate and Faizan Danish for a genuinely great experience. Faizan deserves to be promoted!
