After buying two Kia Sportages from Gravells, Narberth, I have recently returned and bought an EV3 model — and I love it!

I’ve been guided by Jason a couple of times now, and he clearly understands what I want in a car. He has ultimately helped me through the process each time. His experience and knowledge have always ensured I felt comfortable, with all questions answered and suggestions made.

Lewis and James were also a massive help when my husband looked at changing his car too, and James was great at guiding me through the controls on the car during my recent pickup.

Having picked up our new Kia Sportage from the garage yesterday morning, Lewis very kindly explained all the gizmos on our car.

We have had many cars from different makes and suppliers, but never before have we had service like we had yesterday.

Also, never have we had a full tank of petrol. Usually, we’ve only had enough to get to the first garage to fill up.

Lewis also gave us a nice present. He’d heard that I always protect the boot space with a cover so as not to damage it, so he kindly gave us a mat for the boot. Now, if that isn’t wonderful service, I don’t know what is.

Lewis is very nice and chatty. Nothing is any trouble for him, and all the staff are nice and friendly. It was a pleasure picking up our new car yesterday.

Would I recommend Kia? Yes, I would. You get so much more for your money than with some other makes.

This is my fourth car purchased from Kia Narberth. Lewis is an absolutely fantastic salesman and I really recommend him.

I visited Gravells Narberth for advice around car options. James helped initially and was really thorough in going through all the options.

I returned at a later date and Jozef helped. He was brilliant, very patient and answered all my questions before arranging for a car from another branch to be delivered to Narberth.
