My previous car was a Kia, which I financed from a different dealership closer to my home town. Towards the end I was really unhappy with the service I was receiving and unfortunately it ended in a complaint to which wasn't satisfied so I was a little bit hesitant to finance another one.
After visiting family in the area, I popped into the Crewe branch and Ian (Smith) dealt with me from the start, his service was brilliant, I was kept in the loop at all times and everything was very easy.
Would happily deal with Ian (and others!) again in the future.

We bought the car in Crewe (near to our office at Sandbach) so it would be convenient to visit whilst I was at work, despite the fact we live much nearer to Stockport where my wife worked. When we tried to book in by phone at Stockport we were told that there was an upgrade notice on the car, but when pressed as to what it was, we were told they would need to ring back. A week elapsed so we rang again (same answer). Then we rang Crewe and Stuart in the service department looked up the registration and immediately identified an upgrade to the engine management system which could be done at the same time.
Stuart in the service department knew his stuff instantly and is what distinguishes excellent service from just standard service.

Peter from sales, listened to our basic requirements and advised us of the updates in new vehicles, as our car was 11yrs old. There was one new model available that more than met our basic criteria. Arrangements were made for trial run that afternoon, following which the decision to purchase was agreed. The 3 options of extras were made but we were given time to consider these. On the arranged day of collection there had been some delay but we rearranged for the following morning to collect the car.
The only downside to all this was that due to coronavirus problems we were not able to be shown any of the facilities of the car or how to access them. No fault of staff here. We are slowly finding out how things work with the help of the excellent books supplied with the car.
