After booking a test drive we received a video message from Lucas Chapman confirming our appointment. When we arrived the car was in the show room and Lucas walked us through all the car gadgets before we went on a test drive. When we decided to purchase and actually collected the car from the showroom a week later, the 'grand reveal' was amazing! The XCeed and service by Kia, especially Lucas, certainly 'XCeed'ed' our expectations.... A very friendly and professional service which made buying a new car less stressful. I would highly recommend Kia and love our new purchase!
