He communicated by phone and e mail checking that I was happy with the process and to clarify if I had looked at extra products that were available, pick up arrangements etc. At no point did I feel pressured to buy . The actual handover and part exchange of my vehicle was well prepared and organised. Within a week of taking ownership, I received a call from David asking if I was happy with my new car ... I am .
