Paul was absolutely amazing. So patient and helpful. My car had died on me, so I was in a pretty stressful time but dealing with Gravells was such a smooth and enjoyable process. He really walked me through the car ensuring I knew it and everything was set up before leaving. I had been to some other dealerships and felt pressured and like sales tactics were being used. None of that here, just simple, excellent service and helpfulness!
