Met a few of the team, Ollie, Dan and James who were all professional, welcoming and know their product.

Principally Ollie was our main contact and from start to finish he couldn't have been more helpful. He sent us a personal video of the car which was really informative and helpful in our decision making to test drive the car. The test drive policy was seamless and it was nice to test drive without staff present. 

Overall communications were excellent, not invasive or pushy in any way which gets my vote every time.

Handover meeting was easy, well organised and again lots of information.

The Kia showroom and facilities are really good, a light and airy room where you feel comfortable to do business.
