Excellent service. Car serviced on time at agreed price. One happy customer.

Quite possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Tony was an absolute superstar in helping us through discovering what it is we really wanted and was so informative and understanding throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for better. Came away with a lovely Sportage 3 that we all adore! Thank you so much ??

The experience at Waylands Kia Bicester was great because the car that I purchased met with our required specification and budget. As a two and a half year old used car, it seems at present to be in excellent condition. The sales person that we dealt with, Mr Oliver Darby, was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service provided by Waylands Bicester.

Having previously purchased form Joblings Kia, I turned to Waylands for my new car purchase. Tony Hardie couldn’t have been more helpful. As a lady purchasing a car alone, he was not pushy or condescending and was a pleasure to deal with, …More

Went to look at and test drive a Kia Sportage at the Kia showroom in Bicester yesterday and were brilliantly looked after by Olly and Ben. They were both very informative and helpful in every possible way. Also both great people. Loved the car and put in our order. Top guys make sales aswell as top cars!

From start to finish we had the most excellent customer service we've ever had when getting a motability vehicle from bicester on January 3rd 2024 when we ordered our kia sportage to picking her up on the 22nd July Tony hardle kept us updated on where she was and when we could get her Tony thank you again she's a beaut and we love driving her best decision ever keep on smiling and doing what you do as you do it well again thank you.

Received clear information without the usual hard sell. Bought with confidence. A very positive experience.

Ben was extremely helpful, answered lots of my questions even though I was unable to go ahead with a purchase with Kia.

Great service from Ben. Made the whole process clear and ensured the car was perfect in every way!

Tony was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, welcoming and managed to get us a great deal. We had a bad experience with another garage so came here and the difference was astounding! Love our new sportage. Thanks again!

Tony was great. He provided good overview of both cars and advised on suitable options. Would recommend Waylands if looking at EVs.
