From sending an enquiry to picking up my new car, I cannot express how good a service I received from Daniel at Kia Ebbsfleet. Within 2 hours of my enquiry I received a personal video from Daniel introducing himself and showing me the car. I turned up without an appointment but was made very welcome and was able to test drive the

car. Although a traded in car and not a Kia, Daniel was very knowledgeable about the car and its history. The car was immaculate and exactly what I was looking for. Finances were sorted for me and thoroughly explained. He even advised the best way to sell my old car which I have followed. On collection Daniel had all the paperwork ready and the car was spotless. Fantastic customer service from Dan from start to finish. He explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I had without bother. He kept me updated throughout the process, explaining each stage. On pick up he went over and above to make sure I was all set up with my new car and even helped me put in the baby car seat! Recently have got a new car from this JCB KIA branch, and they have been brilliant and always willing to help. When I was looking for the right car for myself Ozzy greeted us and kept me updated all the way through until the day I got the car. The aftersales team all work very hard when I have raised any issues and enquiries and they try their best to help.

Always amazed by the service I receive here at JCB Kia Ebbsfleet. The staff can’t do enough for you and they never try to rip you off. Always thinking of the customer from start to finish. Bal was helping me with a couple of issues on my optima but no questions asked got the job done. I can’t think of a better place to put my car. I know it’s in good hands.
