Testimonials

Just been back for our second car from this dealership. They've been excellent in sorting things when needed and keeping us informed. A big thank you to Simon who led us through the process for our second Kia, who was patient enough to answer all of my questions and was very thorough in looking through all of the options. Fantastic customer service.

Recently visited Holden Norwich to enquire about changing my car - Stuart was super helpful and listened to my requests on tracing in my car and purchasing a Kia sportage. I was so impressed I recommended another family member to the branch to ask specifically for Stuart - thank you - I am loving my new car.

Luke was amazing with my Mum's car - would recommend him to help.

I was assisted by Simon today - very helpful and pleasant, car ordered! Very happy many thanks!

Simon has gone above and beyond to help with accessing me car. I would highly recommend.

We purchased our daughter’s first car from Kia Holden. Jim Baldwin assisted us in a very professional and knowledgeable way. Everything was done quickly and nothing was too much for Jim to help with, we had lots of questions and he had the answers. Out fist experience buying a Kia, we were very Impressed.

Love tis vehicle. Looks fantastic very technical which takes time to get used to. Economic to run. Great dealership.

KIA UK was great to deal with and they got me on the road very quickly.

Picked up our 2024 Sportage 3 HEV 2 weeks ago and absolutely love the car. Can't speak highly enough about the sales and after sales assistance from Holden Kia, Norwich. A couple of small queries sorted very quickly and no quibble. Special mention for Simon Willcox. No pressure sales, just a 'go at our pace' informative chat, test drive and purchase. Highly recommend.

Just bought a car from James, absolutely brilliant customer service and expect knowledge! Very happy customers!!

Friendly and helpful

Bought my last couple of cars from here.. Love the KIA brand. The salesman Jim is very helpful. Spent time with me especially when I couldn't decide on what colour to go for .. he lined up 3 colours together to help my decision.. Nothing was too much! Highly recommend him.. he's not one of those pushy salesmen.. Keep up the good work Jim!
