From my first contact, I was dealt with efficiently and promptly. The car on which I had set my heart (Kia EV3) was a good price and I was offered a fair exchange on my old vehicle. Everything was clearly explained and there was no pressure applied, only polite, courteous, impartial advice. On collection day everything went smoothly and we received a thorough induction into the complexities of the new vehicle. I was given the contact details of two members of staff whom I can contact in the event of any further clarification being needed.

Our Salesman Matt was very helpful and flexible He answered all our questions and if. He didn’t know the answer there and then he soon found somebody who did. In fact the whole team were very helpful and friendly.

We are really pleased with our new Kia Sportage. This is our second Sportage, and we have stayed with Kia because of the service we receive from TMS.
