Took my Kia to Bells for a service and MOT. The whole process from booking it in to collecting it was very smooth. A courtesy car was sorted for me which was great. On the day, Georgia sorted everything out for me wonderfully and kept me informed of the progress. Car was left lovely and clean too!

Most cars these days are very similar, so, for us, Customer Service is massive when deciding where to go and what to get. After a huge downward turn in service at our previous Renault dealership we decided to look around at other makes and widen our net. We turned up to just have a look one afternoon and were greeted by Mitchell, he was helpful and showed us around and even arranged a test drive for us there and then. After taking a Sportage out for a drive we went back and placed an order. We dealt with Jack for this who is very professional, helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions. We knew collection date was a few months away but Jack kept us regularly updated on progress and we were never left 'wondering'.
Today was collection day and everything was so easy and all ready for us, we were offered drinks whilst we completed the paperwork and once all that was done Jack spent a good while explaining the car to us and the Kia app and answered several 'what's that button for?' questions with a smile.
