Booked my car in for a “recall” no problem they booked me in for a time and date that suited me. On the day Logan booked me in and was very helpful, explaining how long it would take, as I was going to wait for my car he explained where I could get food/drink with in walking distance or I could make use of their coffee machine and sit in the show room, I chose the second option. Great service form all involved at Donald’s in Bury St Edmunds.

I went to Donald’s in search of a mobility car after my son was awarded HRM. I had the biggest pleasure of meeting Darren who helped me not only pick a fantastic car, but took me on a test drive, answered all my questions and once I had ordered the car he kept me up to date on time scales of when the car would be ready. He arranged a time for collection that suited me and my son and spent a really good amount of time showing me the car, helping me connect my phone (as I’m clueless) and again answering any questions I had. It was a massive pleasure meeting you Darren, you made the whole experience wonderful and I can’t thank you enough :-)

Had a lovely customer service experience at Donald’s today! Spoke with both Logan and Scott on the telephone, both very friendly with excellent communication skills. Was very impressed they were able to fit me in same day, which was much appreciated as I had a baby in tow.
