Greeted promptly on entering the showroom , was offer a hot beverage as soon as was seated to discuss options, to which the staff were very well versed in all info needed.

I had an excellent service experience through Gravells Kia Bridgend recently! Shaunah and Claire were both incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire service process seamless. Shaunah kept me informed every step of the way, while Claire provided top-notch customer care. It’s clear they both take great pride in their work and genuinely care about providing the best service. I highly recommend Gravells Kia Bridgend, and I’ll certainly be returning for future services! Thank you, Shaunah and Claire, for making our service experience so easy! We couldn’t recommend you enough.

Wonderful experience getting our new Kia Sportage from Gravells Bridgend. Dan has been a star from start to finish and was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and personable. This is our second car from Gravells Bridgend and with service like this, plus the high level of previous service from everyone, it won't be our last. Thank you.
