Excellent customer service! Joe and Zack put me at ease and explained things what needed doing the tech guys got my car in working order. All the staff are friendly and helpful can't fault them. Keep up the good work. If you are looking for a car or want it servicing can't suggest these guys more.

Our recent experience at Kia Warwick was excellent from start to finish. We initially dealt with Chloe, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the whole process with regular video messages. We are extremely pleased with our third Kia Sportage from them. Collection day was managed by Josh who was very informative and friendly . He ensured we drove away happy , with no issues as he explained any new features and set up our phone too. After an accident I was in the market for a new car, I wanted a reliable brand and visited the Startin Kia Warwick, where a very helpful lad Josh, who is new to Kia Warwick was very helpful fulfilling my strenuous requirements. I had to wait for my pay out from my insurance and they were only to helpful and said the car needed some touch up work so they’ll do that anyway and will take the car off sale for me as long as I kept them updated. Excellent sales experience delivered by Sales Executive Matt Cardwell. I flew down from Glasgow to purchase from this dealership. Chloe approached us as soon as we started looking at the used cars. She quickly identified our needs and showed us the range of Sportage models and talked us through the various power units and was able to answer all the questions I asked her giving me great confidence. We were shown a list of vehicles that fell in our range and budget and at no time felt pressurised which we much appreciated. I bought a car through Kia Warwick and can’t fault the service Chloe gave me. From the off she knew the car, has answers for all my questions and corrected any issues I had with the car prior to buying it. Chloe wasn’t pushy, she knew I was interested but had a great balance between keeping in contact and leaving me to have a think. I was picked up from work to go and collect the car so that I didn’t have to make arrangements which I thought was a nice touch. The car went back a few weeks later for some minor work/touch ups, I was given a car to use so I wasn’t inconvenienced and they were flexible to work around times that suited my work hours. Overall very happy and looking forward to using their servicing and MOT services.
