Really helpful and informative staff engagement. The team were not overbearing but were there when needed. No pushy sales and made the process really easy for the purchase of a new car. Very transparent and friendly approach. I would definitely recommend.

After 2 disastrous purchases of other vehicles from other dealers Sean saved the day and my sanity. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Zero pressure nothing was too much for Sean! Even stayed late so I could collect my car. Once i'd picked the car I wanted he went above and beyond to make sure of a speedy turnaround knowing I was without a car and in dire need for my new job! First time I have purchased a vehicle from Acorn Kia in Warrington, and I would definitely return again to buy another car. I would give a shout out to Dan Jackson who worked with me to put an agreement together which included a part exchange, considering the Site is disrupted at the moment due to building works the staff are working hard for the Customer. From an initial visit to arrange a test drive and returning days later to make the exchange, it was all managed smoothly, professionally, overall, I am really pleased with the exchange process and of course the car. My experience of buying a Kia at Acorn Warrington was very positive: clear communication, very good part exchange price, easy to organise a test drive, easy to organise drive away insurance, tax etc. The whole interaction was quick and easy and I didn't at any point feel like the wool was being pulled over my eyes.

Simply amazing staff. Leah Brindley who is the salesperson I dealt with was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble to do for me. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and when I decided to purchase she guided me through all the paperwork and even managed to sort everything out and deliver the vehicle on the day I had specified, which was less than one week from me saying that I wanted it.
