A first class experience! After enduring either ineptitude or sexist behaviour from other dealerships, finding Jack at Donald's was a breath of fresh air. He found the perfect car for me and helped me easily add in the extras I wanted. He picked me up from the station as I was coming from out of area, and made sure I was happy with how everything worked before I left. The paperwork and admin was simple and straightforward, no complicated jargon or hidden costs. Personable and professional from start to finish, I cannot recommend Jack and Donald's highly enough. KIA Donalds carried out a service on my KIA Nero electric. The booking system, the collection and return and the service itself were all excellent. I also considered the service plan to be good value. However, I was not happy with the recommendation (also made in 2023) that the two front tyres should be replaced because of wear. I did not accept this recommendation or the one in 2023 because the tyres had not reached the level of wear (1.6mm) stated in the KIA manual. I consider that this recommendation by Donalds was not in my interest and certainly not in the interest of the environment.
