Excellent service experience greeted by friendly staff

Great service at Kia dealership Donalds in Ipswich, Bradley even nipped out with a colleague and picked up a black EV3 from another showroom as we wanted to see the line up of colours together. We ended up buying that black one and we are delighted with it!

We first took a car on psp in 2021. Donald's kia are so helpful explain everything in detail. Everytime we visit everyone is polite no pushy cars salesmen here. Very helpful. We look forward to seeing you all next year for our renewal and service.

I recently purchased my new car with this branch. I was given a warm welcome by all the staff, but David in particular was exceptional. He happily answered any questions I had and nothing was too much trouble for him, he made me feel very comfortable when driving the car as I had never driven an automatic before. He was amazing at keeping in contact while keeping me updated every step of the way. Overall I received excellent customer service and would happily recommend anyone to come here !

A first class experience! After enduring either ineptitude or sexist behaviour from other dealerships, finding Jack at Donald's was a breath of fresh air. He found the perfect car for me and helped me easily add in the extras I wanted. He picked me up from the station as I was coming from out of area, and made sure I was happy with how everything worked before I left. The paperwork and admin was simple and straightforward, no complicated jargon or hidden costs. Personable and professional from start to finish, I cannot recommend Jack and Donald's highly enough. Definitely where I will be going again.

KIA Donalds carried out a service on my KIA Nero electric. The booking system, the collection and return and the service itself were all excellent. I also considered the service plan to be good value. However, I was not happy with the recommendation (also made in 2023) that the two front tyres should be replaced because of wear. I did not accept this recommendation or the one in 2023 because the tyres had not reached the level of wear (1.6mm) stated in the KIA manual. I consider that this recommendation by Donalds was not in my interest and certainly not in the interest of the environment.
